INGREDIENTS:
1. Whole Pompano
2. Cebu Lechon Mix
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Clean and pat dry fish.
2. Make a slit/s on both sides.
3. Season each side of the Fish with Cebu Lechon Mix (moderate amount).
Optional: Cut green onions and tomatoes in pieces and stuffed inside the fish cavity (love it!)
4. Place fish on a lightly oiled foil lined baking sheet.
5. Grill for 30 mins.(size varies) 15 mins each side.
6. Flip fish after 12-15 mins (oven temp varies). Continue cooking until fish meat is flaky white.

Place Pompano in a pan slightly drizzled with oil. Then place in the oven and grill for 20 minutes. Flip fish half way of the cooking time. The fish is cooked when it's tender and flaky.
