INGREDIENTS:
1. Chicken
2. Cebu Lechon Mix
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wash and pat dry chicken thighs.
2. Poke chicken meat with fork (for flavour absorption)
3. Rub Chicken thighs with Cebu Lechon Mix (moderate amount)
* Place in the fridge for few hour or overnight to penetrate flavour (recommended). If no time to wait, you can proceed to step #4.
4. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket with skin side down. Set temperature to 350F.
5. Flip chicken thighs when golden brown (about 12 mins) and continue until skin looks nice and crispy.
Best serve with steamed rice or salad. Enjoy eating!!!
Cooking in air fryer is my favorite. Easy to use and ready in 20- 25minutes. A lot healthier, no more oil and yet your chicken is juicy and crispy. It makes dinner so much easier for someone who just had a hectic day.
